Shipping & Delivery
With a network of over 130 print partners in 32 countries, Art for our Planet offers local production and shipping for over 95% of orders. This means we produce and ship from the same country your product is delivered, minimizing our carbon footprint.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and produced in 1-2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at info@artforourplanet.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Delivery Time
Usually deliveries take 5-7 business days from the date of order, often sooner! In some cases deliveries may take longer for reasons outside of our control, and in peak season slight delays may occur. If you have still not received your order 10 business days after ordering contact us including your order number at info@artforourplanet.com and we'll do our best to follow up for you.
Taxes & Duties
United States
Art for our Planet charges a sales tax for all US orders. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments. Art for our Planet in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.
United Kingdom
Orders being shipped to the UK (from our UK warehouse) will have a 20% VAT included in the price. These collected taxes are mandated by UK government. Art for our Planet in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected by the UK government.
Europe
With our newest warehouse in the Netherlands, any orders being shipped to a country in the European Union should not incur any added fees for customs and duties at the time of delivery.
Canada, Mexico, Asia & Other International Countries
As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Art for our Planet.
How can I change my order?
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your order, or change your address, please contact info@artforourplanet.com as soon as possible. As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.
I didn't receive my package
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact info@artforourplanet.com for further assistance.
